Direct Access Colonoscopy
The current recommendation for colon cancer screening by the American Cancer Society is a screening colonoscopy starting at the age of 45. Future examinations are planned based on the findings.
Our direct access colonoscopy allows healthy patients, without exclusion criteria, to receive a screening colonoscopy without an initial office visit. The exchange of all needed information is done over the phone, which saves the patient both time and the expense of an office visit.
